Choosing your master coach is rather like choosing ice-cream at Cold Rock.  Do you pick the one that you know you like the taste of because you’ve savoured it for the last year... or do you become a little daring and try a new flavour, perhaps one that someone else recommended?  Not an easy decision for ice-cream choices or Master Coach!

Rather like ice-cream, whatever decision you choose there will be a benefit for you.  Each Master Coach brings their own flavour which will enable you to enrich your coaching experience.

My style is like a Cold Rock ice-cream mixture of chocolates, lollies, biscuits, fruit, nuts and fudge.  Rather than sticking to just one modality of coaching, such as NLP, I like to gather a range of coaching skills so that I can help you create the coaching style that suits you.

Flavours to choose from include all my counselling skills especially probing questions that lead you to find your own answers; a non-judgemental approach that encourages trust and honesty; listening ears and wise words; a Westy appreciation of frameworks and systems that provides solid structure when needed; intuition that ‘hits the nail on the head’ and fast-tracks your growth; a variety of tools, taken from many different approaches and methodologies; a belief in you and the opportunities that life is offering you; and a caring, encouraging and supportive style.

Perhaps you prefer the biscuits and nuts approach to coaching.  I can give you that!  The no-nonsense, factual, ‘use these technique and tools’ approach to your personal improvement journey and coaching business.

Or maybe you like fudge and lollies better, where I gently but firmly give you encouragement and support to become the ‘real’ you, identify and reach your goals, and develop your own style of coaching that fits you.

Or for those of you who like variety, I can give you a mixture of all these flavours and tasty extras. I will blend my experiences, knowledge, skills, tools and expertise so that you get a Master Coaching style that ensures you get a taste of everything which takes you to exactly where you want to go and be who you want to be!
